The AirTalent High School Innovation Program is designed to engage, grow and recruit the rising generation of STEM talent needed for future Naval Aviation and provides NAWCAD mentors an avenue to broaden community STEM engagement by connecting them with enthusiastic, talented students. Students develop critical thinking skills in applied science and engineering, while learning more about NAWCAD with the potential for future internships and employment.
